These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, programmes, services, products, events, digital platforms, and membership communities, including The Ascent Network by Blueshift.
By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Blueshift
Blueshift is a strategy execution, organisational transformation, leadership development, capability building, business growth, and performance improvement management consulting firm. We provide consulting, advisory, training, coaching, execution management, research, community membership, events, digital resources, and related professional services to individuals, businesses, government institutions, development organisations, and other stakeholders.
Our services may include:

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of an organisation to use our services.
4. Service Engagements
Where consulting, advisory, coaching, execution management, or custom engagements are purchased, the scope of work shall be governed by a separate proposal, agreement, contract, or engagement letter. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
5. Payments
Payments may be made through approved payment channels including Flutterwave and other authorised payment processors. By making payment, you agree that:
- Fees are accurate and payable as communicated.
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- Blueshift may suspend services where payment obligations remain outstanding.
Applicable taxes, levies, or transaction fees may be charged where required by law.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Training Programmes, Workshops and Events
- Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before commencement may qualify for a refund of up to 80% of fees paid.
- Cancellations made between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before commencement may qualify for a refund of up to 50%.
- Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before commencement are generally non-refundable.
Consulting, Advisory and Execution Services
Fees paid for work already commenced are non-refundable. Where services have not commenced, refund requests may be reviewed at Blueshift's discretion.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable and digital content, purchases of digital products, templates, reports, assessments, recordings, toolkits, and similar resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Membership Programmes
Membership fees for The Ascent Network and similar communities are non-refundable once membership access has been activated.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to Blueshift methodologies, frameworks, models, tools, content, assessments, programmes, publications, videos, templates, graphics, training materials, and digital resources remain the property of Blueshift unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Blueshift intellectual property without prior written permission.
8. Client Confidentiality
Blueshift treats client information, business information, strategic plans, operational information, and confidential materials as confidential and will not disclose such information except with the client's consent, where required by law, or where necessary for service delivery through authorised partners and contractors bound by confidentiality obligations.
9. Community Standards
Participants in The Ascent Network and any Blueshift community platforms agree to:
- Treat others respectfully.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, abuse, or harmful conduct.
- Refrain from sharing unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Refrain from acting in a manner that may harm the community or the reputation of Blueshift.
- Respect the confidentiality of discussions where applicable.
Blueshift reserves the right to suspend or terminate community access where these standards are violated.
10. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Blueshift provides advisory, coaching, consulting, capability development, and execution support services. While our methodologies are designed to improve performance and increase the likelihood of achieving desired outcomes, Blueshift does not guarantee specific business, financial, organisational, career, project, investment, or personal results. Implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueshift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim where legally deemed liable.
12. Force Majeure
Blueshift shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, government actions, internet disruptions, labour disputes, pandemics, power failures, or similar events.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may integrate with third-party platforms, software, payment processors, communication tools, and service providers. Blueshift is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or performance of third-party platforms.
14. Website Usage
Users agree not to attempt unauthorised access to systems, distribute malicious software, interfere with website operations, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
15. Amendments
Blueshift may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
